Sweet Water offers powerful, comprehensive, affordable weekly Dance classes that will have you feeling calm, relaxed, strong, flexible and more.
Egyptian Belly Dance
Learn the fundamentals of belly dance through a survey of all regional styles while working out and having FUN! This 60 minute class covers isolations, undulations, shimmies, and basic choreography using scarves and zils. Get your heart pumping and your body toned!

Zumba
Zumba ® is an interval-style dance fitness class based in Latin American and Caribbean dance rhythms. The class will feature effective and dynamic aerobic and fitness interval training with a combo of fast and slow tunes that tone and sculpt the body.
Class is appropriate for students of all fitness levels.
