We specialize in low-impact movement, perfect for those recovering from surgery or healing injuries. Our classes are great ways to re-introduce yourself into movement. Our classes are Open-Level and cater to all levels of experience.
Sweet Water Dance
Egyptian Belly Dance.
Learn the fundamentals of belly dance through a survey of all regional styles while working out and having FUN! This class covers isolations, undulations, shimmies, and basic choreography using scarves and zils.

Zumba!
Zumba ® is an interval-style dance fitness class based in Latin American and Caribbean dance rhythms. The class will feature effective and dynamic aerobic and fitness interval training with a combo of fast and slow tunes that tone and sculpt the body.

Liquid Motion
Zumba ® is an interval-style dance fitness class based in Latin American and Caribbean dance rhythms. The class will feature effective and dynamic aerobic and fitness interval training with a combo of fast and slow tunes that tone and sculpt the body.

Burlesque

Sweet Water Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga
Move in flow. Tone, stretch and detox your body through vigorous movement and improve your physical and mental strength and endurance. You’ll also enhance your core stability and improve flexibility.

Restorative Yoga
Using pillows, blankets, and yoga blocks, you’ll move through gentle sequences that promote supported, passive stretching and deep breathing. You'll rest in yoga poses for 1-8 minutes creating deep rest and restoration.

Virtual Gentle Yoga
Enjoy a hour of gentle stretches. Class will include breath work, gentle postures, and meditation. Movements can be done on a chair or bed -- whatever is comfortable or accessible to you.

Sweet Water Boot Camp
Mat Pilates
Using strengthening and lengthening exercises, you’ll condition your core muscles (abdominals, obliques, back, and glutes) while also training your arms and legs. With consistent practice, you can expect to see better posture and balance, improved concentration, stress management, and injury prevention.

Flexibility Conditioning
Using a blend of active and static stretches, we'll use proper alignment and safe techniques to increase your full body flexibility while also building strength. You'll increase your body awareness, increasing your body's full range of motion, and overall fitness.
